Thirty years of experience as a Quality Assurance Manager, Brew Master, and Plant Manager with Labbatts, and an Honors Degree in Chemistry from the University of Waterloo, Jack produces a quality product our customers have come to love.
Currently Brewing Five Brands of Traditional Hand Crafted Beers at Mill Creek Brewery. Available at Freddy’s Brewpub, Kelowna’s only micro Brewpub.
