1. Kneeling at the foul line, bowl with your opposite hand.
2. Place the ball at the foul line, and gently roll the ball with your foot. Don’t try kicking a field goal … your toes will thank you later.3. Bowl with your opposite hand.
4. Standing at the foul line with your back facing the pins, bowl between your legs using two hands.
5. Sitting on the knee of someone from the opposite sex and team, bowl with your regular hand.
6. While holding the hand of the player on your adjacent lane, walk to the foul line and bowl.
7. Using two hands bowl between a teammates legs.
8. Standing at the foul line facing the pins, bowl with two hands.
9. Lie on you stomach at the foul line and roll the ball with both hands.
10. Bowl your best shot regular.
